As THE BOLLYWOOD VIOLINIST AND BEYOND, I take your event to another level of beauty and glamour. From the ceremony to the reception, I perform for every special moment. The violin need not be thought of as simply an extra luxury at your wedding. With high-quality backing tracks emanating from my stereo-system, mixed with the sound of my violin, wirelessly-mic'd for mobility, I create a full concert-sound and cover your musical requirements on a large scale. My repertoire includes all eras of Bollywood, American Top 40, and many other hits from around the world. (I am also available for proposals, engagements, and general celebrations.)
Pre-ceremony and Ceremony
I forge an elegant ambiance during your ceremony. As per your request, I can perform a cocktail-hour style pre-ceremony, after which I would perform custom-arranged songs to announce the arrival of the bride and her relatives. Possibilities are many!
Cocktail Hour
I love charging the atmosphere of your cocktail hour with the beauty of the violin, as your guests mingle and celebrate. I set the mood for the party to come during the reception!
Reception / Couple -Dances/ General Celebrations
The reception is when the real celebration begins, and I revel in making it unforgettable. I perform a reception-opening, either a featured performance or as your guests mingle and take their seats, after which (if it's a wedding reception) I would perform for the couple's grand entrance, first dance, relatives' entrances/ dances, and other special moments. I take pride in custom-arranging melodies of your choosing that resonate with your love or life story. Possibilities for a reception are many!
Jam with the DJ
When the dance-floor opens, the DJ chooses his/her beats and tunes, and I improv and jam note to note, creating a spontaneous vibe, and a modern sound with a classical touch...a perfect way to close the night. Everyone loves this unexpected segment!
Imagine your event with that extra touch of glamour with live Bollywood music on the violin. I play everything from evergreen melodies of yesteryears up to modern masala. I also love to perform American hits and other songs from around the world.
